Social Media Contest Rules

GlyMed Plus will conduct giveaways on social media platforms as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees to the following.

1. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
2. Only U.S. resident’s age 18 or older can submit and will be considered eligible as contest entrants. GlyMed Plus Corporate Employees are not qualified to win.
3. An individual may only win one prize per contest, and GlyMed Plus has the right to limit the number of times the same individual can win multiple contests.
4. The contest(s) will begin on the date it is posted and close according to the original posting. (The “Contest Period”).
5. There are multiple ways to enter a contest, and there will be specific directions in the original posting. For a Selfie Giveaway one must post a Selfie with the specific hashtags to any of these social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest. If it is a giveaway solely on Facebook one typically will need to like, comment, or share to enter the contest. No purchase is necessary to win.
6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees or any other fees are each winner’s sole responsibility.
8. All winners are to be confirmed and go through the eligibility process via direct message or email they send to GlyMed Plus. If GlyMed Plus does not get a response within 2 weeks, the contest winner is no longer able to accept their prize. Eligible winners will have their prize shipped to them at the address we receive during the consultation for eligibility, and their prize will be shipped/emailed to them within 14 business days after confirming the entrant is eligible. If the prize is undeliverable or returned to GlyMed Plus the ownership of such prize reverts back to GlyMed Plus. The winner then loses all claims to rights and said prize.
9. All entrants and winners agree that GlyMed Plus shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest and/or by the acceptance, use, or non-use of any prize received in connection with this or any contest.
10. All entry blanks, forms, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained or within, shall become the sole property of GlyMed Plus to be used, disposed of or destroyed in its sole discretion. GlyMed Plus is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the GlyMed Plus website.
11. All entrants and winners agree to give GlyMed Plus and its licenses, affiliates, and successors and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish their name, state of residence, photo, video recording, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted character or form, and winners information collected in the form of an entry, for any reason GlyMed Plus deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All winners release, discharge, and agree to hold GlyMed Plus harmless from any and all claims they may have against GlyMed Plus in connection with taking, production or use of winner’s’ name, state of residence, any photo, video tape/recording, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched, or distorted in character or form and without restrictions as to any changes, transformations or alterations, and including winners’ information gathered in the entry form. All winners further acknowledge that GlyMed Plus owns or will own exclusively any photographs/videos of such winners used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all winners assign all such ownership rights to GlyMed Plus.
12. By winning the contest, each participant agrees to receive email communications from GlyMed Plus regarding GlyMed Plus events, contests and weekly or monthly updates. By participating in the contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that GlyMed Plus may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
13. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of GlyMed Plus personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior is prohibited. GlyMed Plus will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the contest and GlyMed Plus’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of GlyMed Plus, GlyMed Plus reserves the right to terminate this contest, or make such other decisions regarding the administration or outcome as GlyMed Plus deems appropriate. All decisions made by GlyMed Plus are final. GlyMed Plus may waive or change any of its rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE PAYIN3 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. By participating in contest, each participant agrees to waive any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, loss of property or property damage that he or she may sustain as a result of his or her participation in the contest and/or the use of any prize, and any damages or losses arising from the implementation or carrying out of the contest or any participants failure to win the contest or receive the prize, and to release GlyMed Plus and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and all contest sponsors from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with his or her participation in the contest, even though that liability may arise out of an intentional act, omission, negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.
15. The Winners will be tagged on the original contest post within two business days after each contest ends, and announced on the platform(s) in which the individual entered the contest.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest.
